The Foundation will only consider grants to 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations with focus in Missouri, Florida, Colorado, North Carolina and California.
The Chapman Foundation does not grant funds to individuals or non-US charities. The Foundation will not provide funds to lobby legislation or influence public elections.
